Every three months, applications open in Fruit Towers for the innocent scholarship.
If you win the scholarship, you get £1,000 to do something you’ve always wanted to.
The only rules are that whatever you apply to do must be a) legal b) for you and c) not for anything medical.
You have to present your application to the whole company in the Monday Morning Meeting and then everyone votes for their favourite.
Over the years, there have been all sorts of applications. Rachel learnt how to breakdance, Kat H qualified as a masseuse and Jojo learnt how to take amazing pictures.
Others have climbed mountains, taught football to streetchildren in Thailand, rebuilt beloved boats and installed a massive fish tank in their living room (it took Peter 4 applications to get that one through).
Mark and Shrimp even went all the way to India on a quest to find the best chutney (which for the record was coriander, mint and lime). They not only brought some back for everyone but also gave a slideshow about their chutney odyssey.
Jim however decided to use his scholarship win to make a little music video.
It involved a large cast of dancers, some tight red leather and a whole lotta hee-hee.
As Ted cryptically alluded to yesterday, we're going to be revealing it right here very soon.
Meantime, here's another little clue for now.
If I won the scholarship, I would take myself to India by air in COMFORT (I am a disabled 77 year old) and visit my daughter who lives and works in Delhi doing literacy work in rural villages to "empower" the semi-illiterate women there. As a retired teacher myself, I might be able to contribute something to her work - but would really love to just see and be with her.

If I won the scholarship I would fix my '67 Vauxhall and drive through every country in Europe, sleeping on the back seat and taking pictures all the way (on real film!). It might not be as unselfish as some of the other suggestions, but it'd be fun.

If I won the scholarship I'd travel around the world through Korea and Canada to visit some friends who seem a bit down and need a good old fashioned British cup of tea... and chocolate

If I won the scholarship I would go to Novosibirsk in Siberia, Russia and film a documentry, Jamie Oliver Style, with my grandmother in law who is 75 all about her Dacha (allotment) as she grows all she needs and more for the year. I'd then also learn Russian cooking/dishes from her using her own produce to show how its easy to become self sufficient and grow your own. It would be cross between gardening/cooking and road trip. I'd call the series Dacha Days!

If I won the scholarship I would rent a pedalo and peddle down the longest canal in England. I'd spend the rest on chocolate to power me. I'd get lots of sponsors and then donate the money to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

If I won the scolarship I would learn and master burlesque dancing. I have always wanted to do it and have never had the confidence! Maybe it would help me get my first boyfriend too ;)

If I won the Scolarship I'd absolutely love to go on one of these desert island survival thingumy jigs. They're usually done as management-type weekends, but it's always really intrigued me and I think it would do me the world of good. Not just for a bit of solitude, but having to use my brain, having to be practical and surviving!!
