What to do uh? Well it is simple. Give the Fray Bentos as a birthday "cake" to whoever celebrates their birthday next. The Pot Noodle, should become an office trophy...whoever, rocks up to work in the worst state on a Friday morning gets the Pot Noodle, all they have to do is buy the person who struggles in the following Friday in the worst state a Pot Noodle- share the love!
...and make me and my team mates a hot chocolate and bring it to my office for us to enjoy on Thursday morning!

pot noodle flavoured smoothy mmmmmmmmm

1. Well definitely give the Bovril to somebody's Granparents (mine loved the stuff!)
2. Stick some candles in the Fray Bentos pie and have a party (with the G&T)everyone needs fun in January
3. Go all posh-chef with the golden syrup and learn how to make one of those weird sugar cages they put on fancy desserts
4. Throw the Lemsip my way...I've had a cold for a week and have survived on Innocent thickies n smoothies cause making food is a lot of effort for an ill person!

right! Get to work making a really AWFUL recipe... Crush the tuc biscuits, mix them with the golden syrup, the mustard and whatever that green thing at the back is, and pour it on top of the fray bentos. Next, cook up the pot noodle and the sardines and mix together. Serve this as a starter and the first one as a main course, then everyone can choose from Bovril, instant hot chocolate and clipper tea as pudding!

Can I have a retro full meal smoothy, in two sections with either a kinked bottle and two caps or a foil separator that can be broken. In the upper section a protein rich Fray Bentos flavour, in the lower section some easy access carbs in the form of a Tate & Lyle treacle sponge pudding flavour. Perhaps I should drink the Fray Bentos section before I run, and have my pudding after my run. Strap line: with extra room for your pudding ;)
