Last week, we popped over to Islington with one of our walking wedges, to attend Hanover Primary School's 'Green and Healthy Food Week' fair.
There were homemade cakes, eyeball jellies, a name-that-vegetable competition and apple bobbing along with some of the best vegetable animals ever carved.
The fair was all about encouraging kids to eat more healthily and promote greener ways of having fun. The healthy cake stall was run by the lovely Caroline (with the wedge below) and there was even a local photographer there, taking photos and making sure the veg animals got the love they deserved.
All in all, it was a wonderful afternoon, with lots of smoothies drunk and one great aubergine horse. Well done to Elizabeth from Orange class for submitting such a formidable entry.
