always carry an onion with you in your car - you never know when you might have a miserable sandwich to liven up (?)

That fruit and veg is full of goodness, and is delicious to boot! :o)

My mum always told me to not eat yellow snow. I never have eaten yellow snow, and by sticking to the plain white variety I have had nourishment on many a long walk.

Never trust a man who's eyebrows meet in the middle??!! Never have so can't say what would happen if I had!!

Never trust a skinny chef! That's why I've never been a fan of Gary Rhodes...

Never put your ear against a giant speaker...

...tried it, never again :)

Don't lick phone chargers. It hurts.

don't take life too seriously... (and she's always there with a shoulder when I do!)

My granny used to tell me not to play with boys because they were too rough - but if I found a nice smooth one, then play away.....

Laugh and the world laughs with you - cry and you cry alone.

PS My mum's not here tho so all you lucky people enjoy your Mum on Mothers Day.

Don't spend what you haven't got, I never did when I was your age

eat and drink for tomorrow we may die... sounds strange but it's a moral I try to live by.

I see said the blind man but he didn't see at all...

I don't know if it's wise but it's certaintly thought provoking, do you see ?

also...
Opportunity only knocks, temptation kicks down the door.

Certainly true for me

Time will never stand still it can just go very slowly

My mums wisdom is "If you can't be good be careful!"

I missed the deadline by 27 minutes (My boiler blew up this week and so have been a bit behind on the blog)... but I'd like to share my mums wise words as it is honestly the ONLY advice she has ever given me..... 'Moisturise your armpits girl, or by the time your my age you'll have so many lines under em they'll look like a pair of Labyrinths!' Priceless advice I feel!

Missed the deadline but here it is anyway...

'just because it's burnt doesn't mean it's cooked'

...sage advice

looks like we are in a juicy salacious world full of fruitburst ready to get itself shrink to pieces.

my mum told me that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach so learning cooking skills would come in handy way one day.
also be polite and humble and learn to respect one another! also show real manners and respect the elderlies!
best wishes to you all!
Noi

My mum said that to become a better person you must learn from your mistakes everyday, keep learning each day and try to be a giving person and more wiser, also be kind to others then you are kind to yourself.
