I can't ride a bike. I remember when all the rest of my class did their cycling proficiency and I watched from the corner of the road.

I wasn't sure whether the cycling proficiency had stopped - I'm in Aberdeen so will try and see about Bikeability up here - very necessary

Hi Fran

Cycle Training UK will teach you how to ride a bike. And am sure that'd be part of the free training if you qualify for some.

I went to a park for the first hour of my lesson and we went through everything from signalling, controlling the bike and starting and stopping. And I've been riding a bike since I was little.

If you give them a bell, am sure they'd be able to get you cycling really quickly.

Good luck

Ceri
