Is this part of the interview process for potential new staff? Run a marathon, then jog up and down a lane while being watched by a Blue Meanie??

Yes and yes.

Well done on completing the London Marathon ladies and gentlemen!

Not sure what the point of this video was but amusing non the less..

Get back to work!

You "innocents" did great! I could hardly move the next day after my London marathon 16 years ago!

Brilliant!

hehe, oh innocent towers are evil, making them do laps! ... congratulations btw!

Hey this is funny, make them run more!!!!

Run, Forest, run!

well done they are very impressive how long did they take to do it in

As running goes its clear from the content of your blog that you are on top of you game and your passionate about this sport. Thanks for sharing with me and giving me additional inspiration. I too am in the process of writing about my fav pastime and in this process I am aiming to give some honest reviews of products that are out there in the market, already used for the sport. Thanks James

Doing pretty well for the day after the marathon I'd say.

I bet you couldn't touch your toes on the Monday morning though.

Ouch.

like it keep running..!
