This book must be worth it's price for detailing places to pee in London. Few and far between.

Evening all,
I couldn't work out from the post if Chris (the running man) Downham is working for you or not, but if he is can you say a big hello from me - he used to work where I work at a publishers in Cumbria, wondered what he was up to. Book looks nice Chris.

ps I boldly entered a competition of yours about eco trainers a while back, has a winner won yet? Not hassling, it's just that my trainers have gone mouldy and I was holding off buying a new pair on the off chance you mistakenly deemed me the winner.

Hello Chris. I don't think you won that trainer competition. Sorry about that. But I will say hello to Chris from you - he is working here and still running like a mad fool.
