Good luck.

Tips - Do not, I repeat do not skip the weekend long training runs.

Run in the week to build up fitness for a long run on the weekends, getting longer over the next few months.

Do nothing for the last week, and very little for the last fortnight.

Start slow, and slow down. If you still feel good at 25 miles, you can start sprinting.

It's a great experience - good luck!

Good Luck - glad to be the first to help! You are all much braver/energetic than i am!

Most of all HAVE FUN!

Don't run in scarves and fashinable pointy shoes. And eat bananas. That's what I reckon.

Thanks for setting up a Justgiving page. We're huge Innocent fans in the Justgiving Office, so it's great to have you on our site.

You'll find loads of training and fundraising tips on our blog and forum. Just follow the links from our homepage at www.justgiving.com

All the best with your fundraising!

James

During the race wear a T-shirt with your name on, the crowd will then shout 'personalised' encouragment at you.

Need running shoes? How To Select A Running Shoes? All running shoes are not created equal.
