As Ops Matt's family - we dread to think what's coming next!

Ops Matt should join Fordy in his quest!

Welcome back guys and girls! hope you had a lovely xmas and new years.

...as for my new year resolutions, i have many. however, the question is do i tackle them all at once and feel deprived and maybe fail? or do i - attempt - them one at a time??... perhaps this is all just a way of procrastinating all year so i dont have to do them at all :-)

much love xxx

I never make resolutions, but this year I did. I am copying my very brilliant and funny friends and adopting the resolution to "keep fit and have fun." now, this is probably not very funny to you Brits (just sensible), but only because it's a Canadian reference to a lovely little series of tv commercials called Body Break (bodybreak.com). it featured very 80s-style hosts Hal and Joanne doing all sorts of healthy things. and they had a very 80s theme song, the words of which are something like "Body break. ooohhh, yahhhh. Baw-awwww-dddy break!. it's now going to run through my head all day.

I'm going to sign all of my emails and posts with my resolution.

keep fit and have fun!

-Practice the piano every day

-Get more sleep

-Eat more heathily

-Smile more often

-Match Matt on the Innocent blog, albeit in the Comment section!

I resolve not to make any New Year Resolutions.

I don't really believe in resolutions, but there is one thing I definitely want to do in 2007:

Visit Fruit Towers

We look forward to seeing you Hilde.

Okay, so I'm a little late... Who cares?!

- Get fit (?!)

- Eat more healthily

- Be more spontanious

i am definitely a tad bit late on the resolution front, but I'd say my number 1 resolution would be to squeak in as many peoples ears as possible.

(just thought I'd mention, my best talent is imitating a chu-toy, don't you think that's worthwhile? I am pretty good)
