Here's the thing.
You hire great people. They work really hard. They get promoted. And then you need even more great people to come and fill their shoes.
It's what HR types call a circle of win win.
And that's the sort of situation we're in right now.
Thanks to a recent spate of promotions, we've looking for some sparky, on-the-ball types to come and join our sales team as commercial account executives.
With a catchy title like that, ideally we're after people who are looking for their second sales job. Whether that's a year's work placement somewhere or experience working as part of a crack core FMCG 'I-don't-eat-lunch' team, if you're into sales and fancy a new challenge, then this role might be right up your street.
There's more information on the role right here. Deadline for applications in Monday 22nd November and you'll need to be available for an assessment centres the first week of December.
And who knows?
Next year you too could end up in aspirational motivational posters just like this one.

Wish I was young enough to apply for the job, I'm 80. I could always clean the lavs!!

Wish I would live in the UK, but I am a 39year-old girl living in Hamburg-Germany looking for a job here in my hometown. yes, you're right, why don't you move to England than ... ;-) I would do that for sure, but my daughter would be not very happy about that - missing her family and friends ... so, if you have - for a marketing-girl - a job in Hamburg - do not hasitate and send me an e-mail: info@das-perlboot.de :-) - Jenny

I like your self portraits. I made up an icebreaker like that once:
1. Everyone draws a self portrait and sticks it in a box
2. Luck dip to pick out somoene elses
3. From their incredible artwork* and well defined features, find them in the room
4. Bond
5. Introduce them to the rest of the group.
Many chuckles.
Great cost saving idea too - new images for the intranet, passport, driving licence, company tea towel**....
*the said artwork is rarely incredible
**we do not really have a company tea towel

I would love the opportunity to apply for this role. I have the experience, drive and passion for your products but live in Cornwall and my heart belongs here.
The solution? Carrier pigeons, postcards and a cup on a (very) long piece of string :).You would hardly notice that i wasn't there at fruit Towers.

oh dear.
i like lunch. it's the only thing i really "go-get".
and i've never had a sales job before; if someone says "no" the first time, i just take that as a "no" and don't pester them.
i'd be crap at sales.
