the hats are coming

Hats

The launch of The Big Knit 2007 is nearly upon us. Our smoothies are currently being hatted-up by busy hands in woolly gloves as we speak. They're then put into special boxes so that Sainsbury's know they've got some very special stock to look out for..

Arecoming

A few behatted bottles have already started to appear in Sainsbury's stores here and there. We're hoping that we'll have made it out to all stores by this Wednesday Nov 7th. Keep an eye out for the unique supermarket spectacle that is a shelf-full of smoothies in hand knitted booble hats, it will be for a limited time only.

If you get any good pictures don't forget upload them to our Big Knit flickr group. There are some great smoothie related prizes up for grabs again.

Thanks for the hat on my smoothie!!its a pink and fluffy one and there is nothing more i like in the world than pink and fluffy things! plus it makes me feel good that i have kept a grandad snuggled!yay to me! but not yay to me for having a stinking cold..sympathy please???

Wow, I want one, the kids want one, does it have to be Sainsburys.... there are no Saisburys within 30 miles, deepest Darkest Dorset! Can I buy a couple direct?

I'd love to buy one of these joyful little creations.....any chance you'd consider sending some to Ireland??

Any ideas on what to do with the hats once you've drank the smoothie. Perhaps put them onto easter eggs to give away or sell at fetes to raise more money for charities.

I use my hats as xmas decorations! I have wooden elephants and Hippos in my house and for xmas they all get to wear a little woolly hat!

Hi - just went to my local Sainsbury's, found the hat, was extacti, spent a good 15mn choosing them with love...

Went to the till, and they REFUSED to give them to me "We're not allowed to sell them and have to return them to Innocent Drinks"!!!

I am so disappointed as I wanted to make a surprise to French friends coming over for the week-end, and keep some to myself as they are of course so very cute.

Am I missing something there? I would have thought that, surely, you can take them home?

I would welcome answer by email.... Many thanks....
